• 2 cups old fashioned oats
  • 1 1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • ⅓ cup coconut oil melted
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Real Layers Vanilla Frosting 

1. Preheat oven 300 F.

2. Chop walnuts until they almost turn into a flour in a food processor.

3. Mix all ingredients together except for Greek yogurt and frosting, then press hard into greased muffin tin.

4. Bake for 25 min. Meanwhile, mix yogurt and frosting together until well blended. 

5. Once cooled, add frosting/yogurt filling and top with mixed fruit. Makes 12 tarts.
