THE BEST WAFFLES & PANCAKES EVER!
1. In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients, adding melted butter in last, whisking to combine and leaving some lumps.
2. Transfer mixture to a large pitcher and preheat frying pan on med-high heat, melting some extra butter to grease the pan.
3. Add batter about 1/3 cup at a time, cooking for 3-4 min per side until golden brown. You can also use this mixture to make waffles.
4. Pipe as much of your favourite frosting flavour overtop of waffles/pancakes as desired. The batter makes about 4 full waffles and 20 smaller pancakes.
